If you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase we are here to help.
RETURNS
You have …3 calendar days to return an item from the day you received it.
To be eligible for returns your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it.
Your item should be in the original packaging.
Your item also needs to have the receipt for proof of purchase.
REFUNDS
Once we receive your item, we will inspect it and notify you that we have received the returned item. We will also notify you on the state of the refund after inspecting the item.
Refund for expired Edibles/food items will be accepted
Non edible products will be returned/exchanged under the circumstances listed below;
- For wrong size
- If the product dispatched is damaged
You can also select different items amounting to your previous purchase as a refund.
DELIVERY POLICY
Our Standard delivery fee is Ksh 300 – 350 for orders within Nairobi.
Please Note the delivery charges are subject to change without prior notice. However, any changes in the delivery fees will be communicated to Customers before finalizing their orders.
The delivery fee is non – refundable.
If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
